Release 2026.11-R1
Released November 3, 2026.
Intelligence seats
Intelligence is now a subscription module with user seats, like the Fulfillment App. Carriyo switches it on for your account and sets the number of Intelligence users. Tenants whose users already had Intelligence were subscribed with their current users.
In the Dashboard: an admin who manages users can tick the Intelligence app for a user in Settings > Users. The admin need not hold Intelligence themselves. A grant over the seat limit is refused with a message naming the limit. In the Intelligence app, a tenant without the module sees the sample reports with "Intelligence isn't part of your plan yet". A user without access on a subscribed tenant sees "You don't have access to this report". The app now signs you in before deciding what to show, instead of flashing the locked samples. This reached production on October 30, 2026, ahead of the release.
Aramex document upload
Aramex now accepts your own documents for a shipment, as UPS, FedEx, DHL Express and Emirates Courier Express do. Register the document under Settings > Administration > Documents, then map it on the Aramex account in Settings > Carriers. The Document Upload section on the Account Setup tab maps each Carriyo document to an Aramex document type: General / Others (e.g. MSDS), Customer Communication (e.g. ID) or Customs Clearance Form / Invoice. A document attached to a shipment, in the Dashboard or via the API, is forwarded to Aramex once the shipment is booked. An upload Aramex refuses is recorded as a document upload error on the shipment. See Upload a document to a carrier.
Carrier updates
- Empost international returns: a reverse shipment booked with the international return product code
INT-RTC-Iis now sent to Empost as aShipmentrequest. That request covers the delivery back to the UAE. Before, it was sent as aBooking, which asks Empost for a collection; for international returns, Empost's destination team creates the collection itself. Other reverse shipments still book a collection. - Parcel Pro:
- Tracking scan times are read in the local time of the scan location. Before, they were read as UTC, so the tracking history could show a scan a few hours off.
- Parcel Pro reads every value in the currency of your Parcel Pro account and has no currency field. A shipment whose insured value or item prices are in another currency is now refused at booking. The message names the field and the expected currency. Before, the amount was sent as if it were in the account currency.
Fixes
- Order activity shows notifications: the activity of an order, in the Dashboard (Orders, open an order, Activity) and from
GET /orders/{order_reference}/activity, left out the notification entries. The notifications were sent; only the activity entries were missing. The activity now lists them, as it does for shipments.
