Contact carriers directly from the Dashboard

You can now email a carrier directly from the Dashboard with a single click. The email opens in your default email client, pre-populated with a templated message that includes the captured errors and is addressed to the carrier's support email.

The Contact action is available from several places:

  • The Problems screen on a shipment.
  • The shipment details page.
  • The carrier account list page.
  • The carrier account details page.
