Schedule a return pickup date

Customers can now pick a date and time for their return collection from the Returns Portal. When enabled, a new Schedule Collection step appears in the portal flow.

In Settings > Returns, configure:

  • Available schedule start date: how many days ahead scheduling becomes available.
  • Allowed scheduling days: how many calendar days customers can schedule into.
  • Time slot size: how many hours each slot covers.
  • Scheduling: the specific days of the week and times of day when collections can be scheduled.

Auto-approve return requests

Return requests can now be approved automatically. When enabled, every customer-initiated return is approved on submission, a reverse shipment is created if needed, and the status moves to Approved.

The toggle lives in Return Settings.

Report header descriptions

Each report screen now carries a header description explaining its purpose.
