Reason code per returned quantity

When processing a return, you can now select a reason code for each individual returned quantity. Previously, only one reason code could be chosen per item, regardless of quantity.

In the Returns Portal, the customer first chooses the quantity to return, then selects a reason for each unit. The created return request records the return reason on each line.

Carrier tracking page for Shopify orders

You can now display the carrier's tracking page for shipments created via Shopify, instead of the Carriyo tracking page.

Enable the option at the Shopify connector level under Integration > Connectors. With it enabled, the carrier's tracking page is used for Shopify-created shipments. The tracking number (not the shipment ID) becomes the link on the Shopify order.
