Returns report

A new Returns Report is available to help you analyze return trends, understand reasons for returns, track approvals, and identify the most-returned products. The reports interface was also revamped with descriptions and visual previews per report.

Webhook triggers expanded with new statuses

The webhook trigger list now includes the missing, delayed, and suspended statuses.

Failed collection attempt timestamp in shipment exports

The shipment export file now includes a Date - Failed Collection Attempt column. The same field is available as a Dashboard column called Failed Collection Attempt Date.

Peoplevox connector, custom attribute mapping

The Peoplevox connector now lets you map Carriyo address fields to any Peoplevox attribute, including custom ones.

Configure mappings in Settings > Connectors, in the Custom Attribute Mapping section of your Peoplevox connector.

Service Level Performance report enhancements

The Service Level Performance report can now be viewed by order date or creation date, in addition to the original SLA due date.

New connectors

GrabExpress: covering Southeast Asia.
J&T Express: available in the Philippines, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Both can be configured under Carrier Accounts.
