Manage your item catalog

You can now manage your item catalog yourself instead of asking the Carriyo team to handle imports.

The new Settings > Items screen lets you:

• View your full item list. The default columns include HS Code, Country of Origin, and Dangerous Goods, so you can spot information missing for operations like cross-border shipments. Customize the visible columns from the Columns icon.
• Import items in bulk via a CSV file. A template is available so the required columns are included. Files can hold up to 50,000 items; large imports run in the background and notify you when complete.
• Export the full item list as CSV.
• Delete all items.

Palletways connector (beta)

The Palletways integration covering Europe operations is live. Configure it under Carrier Accounts.
