Enhanced shipment import and export

A new Standard Format puts each item on its own row, replacing the previous structure where item details were grouped in columns. The new format is clearer for shipments with multiple parcels and items.

The previous format is preserved as the Legacy Format so you can transition at your own pace. Both formats are available for import and export, and you can choose to export all shipment attributes or only specific ones. A template is available for the new Standard Format.

Carriyo AI

Carriyo AI is a new AI-powered feature for shipment troubleshooting. On a shipment that shows an error, click the Analyze button to:

Understand what went wrong.
Get clear steps to fix it.

The feature is available on the shipment details screen.

Frontline Express connector (beta)

A new connector with Frontline Express, a Kuwait-based last-mile delivery provider, is in beta. Access it under Carrier Accounts.
