Failed Delivery report

A new Failed Delivery report in the Reports menu tracks and analyzes failed deliveries. It shows the number of failed attempts and the failed attempt rate, and breaks down failed attempts by carrier so you can identify trends over a selected period.

Product Performance report

A new Product Performance report in the Reports menu shows the top 10 items by different statuses, ordered (from Shopify orders), shipped or delivered (from shipments containing the items), and return requested.

Carriyo AI, Analyze Data in Control Tower

Carriyo AI now extends into the Control Tower with a new Analyze Data capability. The AI agent summarizes your dashboard and surfaces suggested actions, including declining delivery trends and potential carrier bottlenecks.

Arabian Mile connector

A new connector with Arabian Mile, a last-mile delivery provider based in Saudi Arabia. Access it under Carrier Accounts.

Email notification templates updated

The default email notification templates have been refreshed to make automating client communications easier. They can still be customized. Existing active templates on your account are not affected.
