Returns Portal redesign

The Returns Portal has been revamped for both desktop and mobile. The new layout improves alignment, button placement, scrolling behavior, and text-field consistency.

The portal is also customizable with your brand identity and logo. Contact us for a demo if you'd like to see the changes.

Iframe embedding for the Returns Portal

The Returns Portal can now be embedded into your own website via an iframe. The setting is configurable from the Dashboard.

Multi-location manifests

You can now create a manifest covering multiple pickup locations. Previously, a manifest was tied to a single pickup location.

To enable it:

1. In Settings > Account, turn on the Allow Multi-Location Manifests toggle.
2. In the manifest creation screen, select the extra locations in the new location dropdown. The Ship From Location field still represents the general pickup location.

When adding shipments to a manifest, you can pick from any of the selected locations.
