Klaviyo integration

Carriyo is now integrated with Klaviyo, a marketing automation platform. You can fire shipment status event notifications to Klaviyo, and Klaviyo ingests them to trigger customer notifications.

Shopify fulfillment flow

The Carriyo Shopify connector now supports the Fulfillment Flow. When you transition to this flow, Carriyo only receives the line items for orders that require fulfillment, useful for omni-channel orders.

IT Manager role

A new IT Manager role joins the user-management options. The role is designed for IT oversight: it can only manage system logs, re-trigger webhooks, and configure integration settings.

Tracking page, Shipment Details customizations

You can now customize the fields displayed under Shipment Details on your branded tracking page. Pick from a list of predefined fields, add a label, and reorder them. The setting lives under the Content section in the CX Tracking page settings.

Collection and delivery schedule validations downgraded to warnings

The recently released check that triggered a booking error when a shipment's collection or delivery schedule was in the past (before booking date) has been downgraded to a warning, based on customer feedback.

We still recommend fixing the underlying data, some carriers do validate these timestamps and may reject the booking.
