Carrier Performance report, calculation improvements
The calculation logic in the Carrier Performance report has been reviewed and improved for more accurate results.
- Average Transit Time and Average Out for Delivery Time are now calculated only from data the carrier actually provides. When the carrier does not provide the Out for Delivery timestamp, the full delivery time is treated as transit time.
- Minor rounding issues fixed.
The report is under Reports > Carrier Performance.
Set Scheduled Delivery Date as customer promise date
SLA reporting now supports preserving the Scheduled Delivery Date as the customer promise date. If you receive scheduled delivery dates from your clients and want this behavior enabled, reach out to support.
