Detailed breakdown of shipping costs

You can now see a detailed cost breakdown, surcharges, taxes, and duties, in three places:

• The Shipment Cost section on the shipment creation screen.
• The shipment detailed view.
• The rate estimation pop-up from Get Rates on the shipments list. Hover over the estimated cost to see the breakdown.

Store App enhancements

Based on customer feedback:

• The Booked and Ready to Ship statuses were added to the quick filters.
• The Order view now shows item details: list of items, quantities, and barcodes.
• A Forward / Reverse Shipments split was added to mirror the Dashboard layout.

Mark items as non-returnable

You can now flag catalog items as non-returnable, either from the item screen or during import. Non-returnable items are blocked from selection in the Returns Portal, with a message shown to the customer.
