Release 2024.07-R3

Released July 17, 2024.

Enhanced shipments list screen

The shipments list has been redesigned for usability and performance:

  • The default view shows only the last 30 days. Older shipments are accessible from the dropdown under Last 30 days.
  • The quick filter row was removed; status filters are now in an All dropdown that also shows the count per status.
  • Forward and Reverse tabs were removed; choose the shipment type from the new Shipment type dropdown.
  • The quick search field is more prominent.

Assign carriers by percentage

A round-robin option joins the carrier assignment strategies. You can set a percentage per carrier and shipments are distributed accordingly. Useful when multiple carriers serve the same criteria and you want to allocate by volume rather than cost.

Configure it in Automation > Forward Automations (or Reverse Automations), the option appears in the General block when multiple carriers are added to a rule.

A new Account Settings option makes Carriyo document links expire. When enabled, the link carries an expiry token and is only valid for the chosen duration (1 hour to 3 days). Recommended for security.

More shipment statuses transitionable from the Dashboard

The set of permitted manual status transitions has been broadened. Statuses that previously couldn't be set manually, including Failed delivery attempt, Cancelled by carrier, and Failed collection attempt, can now be applied from the Dashboard.

Freshchat on the tracking page

Freshchat joins the list of supported live-chat providers for the tracking page (alongside Zendesk, Gorgias, Tawk.to, and Intercom). Configure it in the tracking page CX settings.

You can now set different banner images and social media links per country and language.

  • CX Apps > Tracking page > Banner: upload images per country and language.
  • CX Apps > CX Theme > Social Links: configure social media links per country.

Shopify product catalog sync

You can now sync your Shopify product catalog into Carriyo.

Steps:

  1. Copy the API password from your Shopify settings into the Shopify API password field on the Shopify Connector page.
  2. Enable Product (read/write) and Inventory (read/write) permissions in Shopify.
  3. On the Shopify Connector page, enable the Item Catalog Synchronization toggle and click Sync Now.
