Ajex tracking updates

Carriyo now recognizes more Ajex tracking events, so Ajex shipments show more accurate statuses:

Out for delivery: the Ajex package handover event moves the shipment to out_for_delivery.
In transit: the Ajex home pickup and Package Scanning events move the shipment to in_transit.
Customs cleared: the Ajex Customs clearance Completed Handovered to Hub event moves the shipment to in_transit with the reason code customs_cleared.
Damaged: the Ajex damaged event moves the shipment to suspended with the reason code shipment_damaged.

Aramex missing-document holds

The Aramex update "On Hold - Pending Missing Documents prior to Shipping" (SH162-D13) no longer moves the shipment to suspended. The shipment keeps its current status.

Empost product code for cross-border returns

Empost carrier accounts have a new Product Code option, INT-RTC-I, for cross-border reverse shipments. To use it, open the Empost carrier account in Settings > Carrier Accounts and select INT-RTC-I in Product Code.
