Release 2026.10-R1
Released October 1, 2026.
Redesigned Settings
Settings in the Dashboard menu now opens as a panel over the page you're on, instead of a separate page. Every setting has a one-line description, and a search box at the top filters them as you type. Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac) to open Settings from anywhere in the Dashboard.
Settings are regrouped into seven areas: Administration, Account, Shipping, Order Management, Returns, Customer Experience and Integration. Some settings have moved:
- Shipping brings together carrier accounts, capacity, network and costing profiles, and the forward, reverse and service level rules.
- Order Management holds the order settings, Order Allocation Rules and Order Hold Rules.
- Returns holds the returns settings and the Branded Returns Portal App.
- Delivery Options and the Email Notifications and SMS Notifications settings are now under Customer Experience.
- Domains is now under Account.
Each setting shows whether you can change it. Read only marks settings you can view but not edit. Locked marks features that need a subscription or add-on you don't have. Disabled marks features not turned on for your merchant. On plans other than Enterprise, admins who manage the account also get an Upgrade plan button.
Retry failed order webhooks
You can now resend failed webhook events for orders from the Dashboard. Use Retry Failed Webhooks in three places:
- As a bulk action on the Orders list, for the orders you select.
- In the actions of an order row.
- In the actions on an order's page.
Pick the webhook to retry. Only active order webhooks that apply to the orders' merchants are listed. For each order, Carriyo resends the failed events newer than the order's last delivered event, oldest first, with their original payloads. It stops at the first event that fails again, so a newer payload never reaches your system before an older one. The results show how many events were queued for each order.
A successful resend ends that event's automatic retries. Scheduled automatic retries for other events still run. The action is available to users who can retrigger webhooks, for up to 100 orders at a time.
Delivery radius for delivery options
A DELIVERY delivery option can now have a delivery radius. The option is offered only when one of its fulfillment locations is within that straight-line distance of the customer. With no locations configured on the option, any active fulfillment location the merchant can use counts. Customers without coordinates don't see the option.
- In the Dashboard: open a delivery option under Settings > Customer Experience > Delivery Options. Turn on Delivery Radius and enter the distance in kilometers or miles.
- Via the API: set
customer_delivery_max_distancewith avalueand aunit(kmormi) onPOST /delivery-optionsandPUT /delivery-options/{id}. A missing unit, or a value that isn't a positive number, is rejected with400. Methods other thanDELIVERYclear the field. - Storefront delivery options:
POST /storefront/delivery-optionsandPOST /storefront/product-delivery-optionsreturn an option with a radius only whencustomer.coordsis sent and a location is in range. Its qualifying locations are listed nearest first, each with itsdistance. - MCP:

Carrier estimated delivery date from more carriers
Carriyo now records the carrier's own estimated delivery date for more carriers, in post_shipping_info.carrier_estimated_delivery_date:
- At booking: Emirates Courier Express, Flick, GoGo Xpress, Nova Post and Parcelforce. Parcelforce sends a date only for guaranteed services such as Global Priority.
- From status updates: Amazon Shipping, DHL Global Tracking (tracking-only), Emirates Courier Express, FedEx, Swiss Post and TNT. For FedEx, Carriyo stores the end of the delivery window FedEx estimates.
As for DHL Express, UPS and USPS, these dates feed the Carrier Delivery Delay alert and the Carrier Estimated Delivery Date Received notification trigger. They also appear as the Carrier estimate date on the tracking page.
MCP: order holds
AI agents can now hold orders for review and release them through the Carriyo MCP server:
hold_orderandrelease_order_holdhold or release a whole order.hold_fulfillment_orderandrelease_fulfillment_order_holddo the same for one fulfillment order. A hold can carry an assignee, a priority, notes and a review deadline (sla_hours).list_order_hold_rulesandget_order_hold_ruleread your order hold rules.list_ordershas new filters for the review queue:on_hold,assigned_to_user,hold_metric(awaiting_revieworheld),hold_rule_id,hold_date_fromandhold_date_to. It also filters bycustomer_key,sales_channelandbilling_country.
While an order is on hold, every update is rejected except cancel_order and release_order_hold. See order tools for details.
MCP: inventory writes by inventory key
update_inventory, adjust_inventory and transfer_inventory now require the inventory key (inventory_key) and no longer accept product_id, product_ref, sku or merchant. Before, a write addressed by product was rejected by Carriyo but reported as successful by the tool. To start from a product, read its inventory_key with get_product or get_inventory first.
When Carriyo rejects any of the events a write submits, the tool now returns an error that says how many were rejected.
Fixes
- Storefront delivery options and location coverage: a
DELIVERYoption is now served only by locations whose own fulfillment radius or fulfillment zones cover the customer. Before, this was checked only wheninventory_checkwas on. An option left with no covering location is omitted. A location with a fulfillment radius never covers a customer sent withoutcoords. - "Use a Location" on cloned and reverse shipments: when you turn Use a Location off and type an address, Carriyo now books with that address. Before, a cloned or reverse shipment could still book from the stored location.
- FedEx cancellations on consolidation accounts: cancelling a regular shipment on a FedEx carrier account with consolidated shipping enabled now cancels it with FedEx. Before, it was cancelled in Carriyo only.
- SPL cancellations: cancelling a shipment on an SPL carrier account that doesn't use API version V2 no longer fails with an error. The shipment is cancelled in Carriyo, since SPL's older API has no cancellation.
- Yodel bookings without a tracking number: Yodel bookings to Northern Ireland and outside Great Britain now get their tracking number. Before, they were booked with an empty one. A booking where Yodel returns no tracking number at all now fails with an error.
- Tracking page:
- Status text on colored cards, the timeline and the tracker is now readable against your page background.
- Sections keep the order you saved.
- Sections you saved without a shop URL, promo link, social links or support contacts no longer get the editor's demo values back when you save again.
- Long promo text makes the banner taller instead of being cut off.
- Dragging a section into the gap between rows in the editor now moves it.
- Logo in emails and SMS: notifications for a merchant without a logo in their brand theme now use the tracking page logo.
