Release 2026.07-R1

Updated September 28, 20263 min read

Released July 7, 2026.

Order activity timeline

The Activity tab on an order now shows a timeline of everything that happened to the order. Before, the tab listed the order's raw system logs.

  • In the Dashboard: open an order and select Activity. Each entry shows what happened, who or what did it, and when. Expand an entry to see the fields that changed, with old and new values. Filter by All, User, System or API, and sort newest or oldest first. Inspect log opens the request and response behind an entry, and you can copy the request as cURL.
  • Via the API: GET /orders/{reference}/activity returns the same timeline. It accepts page_num, rows_per_page (up to 100, default 20), sort (asc or desc) and source (all, user, api or system). The User source covers the Dashboard and the Fulfillment App.

The timeline returns up to 1,000 entries per order. When an order has more, the response sets truncated to true.

New tracking page

A redesigned tracking page for your customers, built from sections you switch on and arrange. It can show a single shipment or every shipment in an order. Sections include the tracker, order details, a promotional banner, customer feedback, support contacts, social links and live chat. The page follows your brand theme and supports several languages.

Carriyo's team sets up the new page for you. Reach out to support if you want it. The existing Branded Tracking App editor under Settings > Customer Experience is unchanged.

Shopify inventory sync

Inventory updates from Carriyo to Shopify now go location by location.

  • A location your Shopify product is not stocked at no longer blocks updates for the product's other locations. Carriyo skips that location and continues, where before the update was retried and delayed other updates.
  • For an inventory sync to Shopify, the task log now links to Shopify's result file for the bulk update.

Shipa connector uses API V2 only

The Shipa connector now books, labels and tracks through Shipa's V2 API only. In the carrier account settings, Shipa API Version offers V2 only. The V1 Order Category options (On Demand, Same Day, Next Day, Cross Border) are removed.

Carriyo MCP server: subscription and notification tools

Three new tools for agents using the Carriyo MCP server:

  • get_subscription (Lookups): the tenant's plan, whether it is active, free-trial status, quota cycle and period dates, per-entity limits, and subscribed features.
  • get_subscription_usage (Lookups): for shipments, users, merchants, carriers and carrier accounts, the plan limit, whether it is enforced, and how much is used in the current period.
  • report_notification_summary (Reports): customer notification counts over a date range, grouped by channel by default. Filter by merchant, channel, delivery status, customer country (email) or phone country (SMS). It returns both the raw notification count and the billable message count, since one SMS can split into several messages.

Fixes

  • Shipment import: columns for custom attributes that are not set up in your account are now ignored. Before, the import added them to the shipment.
  • SSO sign-in: sign-in through identity providers that reject special characters in the sign-in request works again.
