Released September 24, 2026.

Redesigned customer feedback page

The page customers reach from the feedback link in your notifications has a new design. So does its editor under Settings > Customer Experience > Feedback Loop App. Merchants who had set up a feedback page were moved to the new page and editor, with their questions and branding carried over. Merchants without one get the new page on default settings.

The editor shows a live preview next to these sections:

  • Header: logo size, a language selector for customers, and the order number under the heading.
  • Rating: stars, hearts or thumbs, with a default text for each rating.
  • Questions: follow-up questions for the ratings you pick. Each has a positive or negative sentiment tag and quick-select answers. Customers can pick several answers.
  • Comments: a free-text box, optionally required before submitting.
  • Submit and thank you: button and thank-you text. Customers who give a high rating (4 and up, or 5 only) can be invited to leave a public review at a URL you set.
  • Footer: fine print at the bottom of the page.

Turn on Use my tracking page theme to reuse your tracking page's colors, fonts and logo, or give the feedback page its own theme. A switch in the header turns the page on or off. Your content stays saved while it's off, and customers see a fallback message instead. Preview live opens the published page for a shipment you choose.

The feedback section of the new tracking page now uses the same configuration, so both show the same questions and texts.

AxiomX carrier

AxiomX is now available as a carrier for domestic deliveries in the UAE. Add it under Settings > Carrier Accounts with the bearer token and business unit AxiomX gives you.

  • Carriyo books and cancels shipments, and receives status updates from AxiomX.
  • Return shipments are booked as reverse consignments.
  • Cash on delivery amounts are sent with the booking.
  • A multi-package shipment gets one label that merges every package's label. Carriyo also saves each package's tracking number.
  • Carriyo sends the area as the address landmark, drop-off notes as special instructions, and the total volume. Weights and dimensions are converted to kilograms and centimeters.

The carrier account settings include:

  • Service Type: Standard (the default) or Express.
  • Task Type: Pickup and Delivery sends shipments straight from pickup to the customer. Delivery routes them through the AxiomX warehouse first. Left empty, AxiomX applies its own default.
  • Package Type: Box (the default), Bag or Ambient.
  • Consignment Number: which Carriyo reference AxiomX receives as the consignment number. It defaults to the shipment reference.

Manifest status confirmed

A manifest the carrier has accepted now has the status confirmed instead of ready_to_ship. Existing manifests were updated to the new status. The Manifests list shows it as Confirmed, with a Confirmed quick filter.

Via the API: manifest responses return status as confirmed. A manifest still stored as ready_to_ship is treated as confirmed, so you can ship or cancel it as before.

When shipping a manifest fails part way through, the manifest now moves to error and names the shipment that failed. Before, it stayed as it was even though some of its shipments were already shipped.

Rebook with the same carrier from more statuses

You can now reassign a shipment to its current carrier when the shipment is cancelled_by_carrier or failed_collection_attempt. This rebooks it with the same carrier, for example after a failed pickup, without first moving it to another status. The option was already available for cancelled, ready_for_return, return_in_transit and returned shipments.

  • In the Dashboard: use Reassign Carrier on the shipment and keep the same carrier account.
  • Via the API: POST /shipments/{shipment_id}/reprocess accepts these statuses when the carrier doesn't change.

FedEx EU product identifiers

EU customs require three product identifiers on each item shipped to a consumer in the EU. They become mandatory for FedEx shipments from November 1, 2026. Carriyo now sends them on FedEx bookings from outside the EU to an EU address when the recipient has no tax registration number:

  • The item's SKU as the merchant product ID and the manufacturer product ID.
  • The item's barcode as the standard product ID, or NA when the item has no barcode.

Items without a SKU are sent without identifiers. Shipments within the EU, and shipments to recipients with a tax registration number, are unchanged.

MCP: fulfillment order line items by product

In the Fulfillment orders tools, line items can now be identified by product_id, product_ref or sku instead of the line item id. The identifier must match exactly one line item on the fulfillment order. quantity is now required and must be a positive whole number. This applies to fulfill_fulfillment_order, ship_fulfillment_order, split_fulfillment_order, merge_fulfillment_orders and cancel_fulfillment_order_items.

Fixes

  • Users locked out of a tenant: a user whose access was saved as specific merchants with none selected got an error on every page. Affected users have their access to all merchants back. Under Settings > Administration > Users, saving a user with specific merchants now requires at least one merchant, and user imports reject such rows.
  • Royal Mail bookings without complete parcel dimensions: bookings failed with "Error sending create shipment request :: null" when a parcel's dimensions were missing or incomplete and the carrier account had no complete default. Carriyo now books the parcel without dimensions.
  • Reports going blank: changing the date range on a report no longer blanks the page.
  • Ready to ship error: marking a shipment as ready to ship when it already is returns the general error message again: "Shipment with ready_to_ship status can't be marked as ready to ship".
