Logistiq city names in Saudi Arabia

For 35 Saudi Arabian cities, Carriyo now sends Logistiq the city name on its own and the province in the state field. Before, the city field carried both, for example "Thuwal, Makkah Province". Logistiq now receives "Thuwal" as the city and "Makkah Province" as the state. The change applies to the customer, pickup and return addresses on the booking. Other cities are sent as before.

Fixes

• Shipment list filters: combining certain filters no longer switches one filter's is operator to is not. The Reason Code filter no longer lists Handed over to partner twice. The Carrier filter no longer offers carriers whose only carrier accounts are deleted, and it lists carriers alphabetically.
• Ready to ship for more countries: pickup requests no longer fail for shipments in Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man. Carriyo also knows the time zone for 11 more European countries and territories: Åland Islands, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, and Vatican City.
• Carrier bookings: for a few hours on July 28, after the earlier release that day, bookings with some carriers failed with a "no default constructor" error. Bookings work normally again. Shipments that were still in automatic booking retry were booked on their own. Shipments left in booking Error need to be rebooked.
