Manage shipment list views

Stub page, the structure below outlines what the finished page will cover.

Use views to save combinations of filters, visible columns, and column order on the Shipments list. Each view loads in one click, so you can switch between common workflows, "Failed deliveries this week", "Drafts older than 7 days", "Cross-border this month" — without rebuilding the filter every time.

Carriyo provides a System Default view that's always available at the top of the views dropdown. Beyond that, you can save your own views as Personal (visible only to you) or Shared (visible to all users in your tenant). Up to 20 personal and 20 shared views per user.

Creating a view

• Dashboard path: Shipping > Shipments, top-left views dropdown.
• Step 1: Apply the filters, columns, and column order you want to save.
• Step 2: Open the views dropdown and click Save view (or Add new view).
• Step 3: Give the view a name.
• Step 4: Choose Personal (only you) or Shared (your whole team).
• Step 5: Save. The view appears in the dropdown and loads with one click.

Switching between views

• Open the views dropdown above the Shipments list.
• System Default is always pinned at the top.
• Personal views and shared views are listed below.
• Click a view to apply its filters, columns, and column order.

Managing existing views

• Edit a view's filters, columns, or order, then save.
• Rename or delete views you own.
• Convert a personal view to shared (or vice versa).
