Cancel a shipment
Use this page to cancel a Shipment in the Carriyo Dashboard, individually or in bulk.
You can cancel a shipment for any reason. Attach a reason code to record why. A shipment cannot be canceled once it is shipped.
Cancel a shipment
1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. The Cancel Shipment option is available on the Shipments list page and inside an individual shipment.
Click Cancel Shipment. A dialog box appears asking you to select a reason code for cancellation. This is optional. Click Cancel Shipment to complete.
Carriyo supports both native and user-defined reason codes. See Manage status reason codes.
To cancel in bulk, select the desired shipments and click the three-dot menu button to reveal the option. Bulk cancellation applies a single reason code to all selected shipments.
Use the filter icon to narrow the list before selecting. The Rows per page option lets you display up to 100 shipments per page.
