Get shipping rates
Use this page to compare shipping rates across your configured carrier accounts for a draft Shipment.
Get Rates is available only for shipments in draft status. It queries all available carrier accounts and returns the shipping cost for each based on the service offered.
On the Shipments list page, click the three-dot menu beside the Shipment and select Get Rates:
A popup lists rates for all carrier accounts:
The list shows the first 9 carrier accounts. Click Load More to see additional options.
To proceed with a rate, click Select:
The selected carrier is assigned to the shipment. The assignment appears on the shipment detail page under Carrier Info.
For rates to appear, each carrier account must have either an associated costing profile or an enabled carrier rate API. See Add a carrier account and Set up costing profiles.
