Getting started

This is the shortest path from a fresh Carriyo account to a live operation. Follow the steps in order, each builds on what came before.

Before you start

You need a Carriyo tenant. If you don't have one yet, create a free account, the free tier is enough to explore every step below.

You also need an Account Manager or Admin role to complete the configuration. Most steps cite their specific permission needs.

The setup sequence

Step 1

First-time account setup

The Setup Wizard walks you through your first merchant, shipping location, and carrier account.

Step 2

Add more carrier accounts

Add the carriers you'll route shipments through, Aramex, DHL, UPS, or any of the 60+ integrated carriers.

Step 3

Add your fulfillment locations

Warehouses, stores, dropship endpoints, anywhere orders can be picked from.

Step 4

Brand the tracking experience

Configure the customer-facing tracking page with your logo, colors, and domain.

Step 5

Invite your team

Add users from your operations, customer support, and warehouse teams. Assign roles.

Step 6

Create your first shipment

Use the Dashboard to create, confirm, and book a test shipment end to end.
