Track a shipment

Use this page to monitor the status and progress of a Shipment in the Carriyo Dashboard.

After a shipment is booked, or after you create a pre-booked shipment, Carriyo automatically retrieves status updates from the carrier and displays them.

Summary tab inside a shipment

The Summary tab shows the Shipment Timeline. It displays key milestones from creation to delivery, organized by SLA stage.

If the carrier returned a tracking URL, it appears in the Carrier Info section.

History tab inside a shipment

The History tab follows the Summary tab. It shows all events for the Shipment in a timeline chart, arranged from newest to oldest. See Understand the history tab on a shipment for the field-by-field breakdown.

The System Logs tab shows event logs in greater detail. See Understand the system logs tab on a shipment for what each log entry contains and how to filter them.

View tracking page

The View Tracking Page option is available from inside an individual Shipment.

The Carriyo tracking page is customizable. You can configure the brand logo, banners, announcements, and social media links to match your brand. You can also add translations in any target language.

Tracking options for reverse shipments are the same as for forward shipments. To switch, choose Reverse from the shipment type dropdown.
