Reschedule a shipment

Use this page to change the collection or delivery schedule on a Shipment, individually or in bulk.

Use the Reschedule Collection and Reschedule Delivery options in the Shipment's Actions menu. You can reschedule a single Shipment at a time or perform bulk rescheduling.

Reschedule shipment collection and delivery

1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. Select the forward or reverse shipment you want to update. You can reschedule from the Shipments list page or from inside the Shipment Detail page.

2. Click Reschedule Collection or Reschedule Delivery. You have two scheduling options:

  • Date range: enter a start date and time and an end date and time. Use the calendar to set the values, click Ok, then click Apply.
  • Timeslot: pick a time range within a single day. Choose the time period from the dropdown, select the date from the calendar, click Ok, then click Apply.

Note: Updating the scheduled collection date does not update carrier systems.

3. The Pickup/Collection and Dropoff/Delivery schedules, original and updated, appear in the Pickup & Dropoff Details sections of the shipment detail page.

4. To reschedule in bulk, select the required shipments, check the box in the table header to select all, click more options, then choose Reschedule Collection or Reschedule Delivery.

Note: Bulk Reschedule Delivery is only available for Shipments with the same destination country.
