Reassign a shipment
Use this page to move a Shipment to a different carrier account, individually or in bulk.
Reassigning lets you replace the currently assigned carrier. You can reassign a Shipment when it is in Draft, Booked, Ready to ship, or Error status. Reassignment is not available once a Shipment reaches Shipped status.
Use reassignment to resolve unassigned Shipments, fix failed booking attempts, or switch carriers before handoff.
Reassigning a shipment
1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page shows forward shipments by default. You can reassign from the list page or from inside an individual Shipment.
2. Click Reassign Carrier. If you leave the Select a carrier account field empty, Carriyo assigns a carrier using shipping rules. To assign a specific carrier, select it and click Reassign Carrier.
3. To reassign in bulk, select the required shipments, check the box in the table header to select all, then click Reassign.
Bulk reassignment includes only Shipments that are not in draft and not yet in shipped status.
