Use bulk actions on shipments

Use bulk actions to run the same operation on many shipments at once, book, cancel, reassign, print labels, add to a manifest, from the Shipments list.

Running a bulk action

• Dashboard path: Shipping > Shipments.
• Step 1: Filter the list to the shipments you want to act on.
• Step 2: Check the box on individual rows, or the box in the header row to select all visible.
• Step 3: Click More options (or the relevant action button) and choose the action.
• Step 4: Confirm. Progress shows in the sidebar.

Supported bulk actions

• Confirm shipments.
• Cancel shipments.
• Change status.
• Reassign carrier.
• Reschedule collection or delivery.
• Reprocess, retry, and retry label generation.
• Refresh tracking.
• Print labels and documents.
• Create a manifest or create a consolidated shipment.
• Revise customer promise date.
• Update shipping cost.
• Retrigger webhooks.
• Import shipments from file.
