Edit a shipment

Use this page to correct or update the details on a Shipment before or after booking.

A shipment in draft status is fully editable. For shipments in any other status, only custom attributes can be added, edited, or removed.

After booking, all other fields are locked. To move a booked shipment to a different carrier, use the Reassign carrier option instead.

Edit a shipment

1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. The Edit option is available on the Shipments list page and inside an individual shipment.

2. The Edit forward/reverse shipment page opens for the selected shipment. For shipments not in draft status, only custom attributes are active. All other fields appear dimmed.

3. To switch to a reverse shipment, click the reverse shipment title as highlighted.
