Duplicate a shipment
Use this page to copy an existing Shipment as the starting point for a new one. Duplicating saves time when the new Shipment needs only small changes.
You can duplicate both forward and reverse shipments. The new shipment reference number must be unique, Carriyo does not allow duplicate shipment reference numbers.
Duplicate a shipment
1. Navigate to Shipping > Shipments on the Carriyo Dashboard. The Duplicate option is available on the Shipments list page and inside an individual shipment.
2. You can duplicate a shipment in any status. All details are copied, including toggle switches. Duplicating a shipment in error status may result in the copy also being in error.
The Clone forward/reverse shipment page opens with all attributes editable. Update the required details, then save as a draft or book the shipment.
