Transit time report
Use the Transit Time report to analyze how long shipments take to reach delivered status. The report measures transit time in days from booking to delivery. Shipments delivered more than a month after booking are grouped together.
Analysis of transit time report
1. Navigate to Reports > Transit Time on the Carriyo Dashboard. By default, the page shows forward shipments over the last 30 days, grouped by carrier. Use the Time period, shipment type, and Group By dropdowns to change the date range, shipment type, and grouping. Select custom time period to enter manual dates. Toggle between table and chart views using the switch below the chart.
2. The chart shows the percentage of shipments delivered by number of days in transit. Hover over a bar to see the percentage and count.
3. Use filters to narrow results to specific scenarios. Chart legends also act as filters but cannot be cleared with the reset option.
