Returns history report
Use the Returns History report to analyze return requests submitted through the Returns Portal. The report tracks each return request and shows trends as a bar chart by default.
Analysis of returns history report
1. Navigate to Reports > Returns History on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page shows data grouped by pickup country over the last 30 days. Use the Time period, Show, and Group By dropdowns to change the date range, status filter, and grouping. Select custom time period to enter manual dates.
Use the filter option in the top-right row to narrow results to specific scenarios.
2. Click chart legends to use them as filters. Hover over a bar to see more detail.
3. Switch between chart and table views using the icons at the bottom of the page.
Use the export icon in the top-right corner to download the report as a CSV file.
