Tracking KPI report

Use the Tracking KPI report to measure how often customers visit and interact with your tracking page. The report records visit counts and tracking rates, so you can assess customer engagement with your post-purchase experience.

Analysis of tracking KPI report

1. Navigate to Reports > Tracking KPI on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page has three sections. The first shows four tiles with precise visit counts for the tracking page.

Note: Data in this report is available with a 24-hour delay.

2. By default, data is grouped by carrier over the last 7 days. Use filters to narrow results. Select or deselect legends to filter the chart data. Use the custom Time Period option to enter dates manually.

3. Hover over the bar chart to see the actual numbers for each data point.

4. The Clicked URLs section shows all links clicked from the tracking page and the click count for each URL. Manage these links in the Tracking Page settings under CX Apps.
