Carrier performance report

Use the Carrier Performance report to compare carriers across key performance metrics. The report consolidates all carrier accounts for the same carrier into a single entity, giving you a unified view of each carrier's reliability.
Analysis of carrier performance report
1. Navigate to Reports > Carrier Performance on the Carriyo Dashboard. The report shows performance metrics for each carrier in numerical form, making it easy to compare reliability across carriers.
Hover over any column header to see a description of that metric. Use the options in the top-right corner to refresh, reset, filter, or export the report.
You can filter by date range, use the custom option for specific dates. You can also filter shipments by entity type.
