Shipment history report
Use the Shipment History report to see the number of shipments at each stage. It tracks all shipments created in Carriyo and the milestones each has passed through. Use it to analyze the distribution of shipments across stages by carrier, merchant, or other parameters.
Analysis of shipment history report
1. Navigate to Reports > Shipment History on the Carriyo Dashboard. By default, the page shows both forward and reverse shipments over the last 30 days as a bar chart. Use the Time period, shipment type, and Group By filters to configure the data. The milestone tiles above show the count of shipments in each stage. Select custom time period to enter manual dates.
2. The chart updates to show data for the milestone tile you select.
3. The top-right corner contains these options in order: refresh page, reset all filters, filters, and export. Chart legends act as filters but cannot be cleared with the reset option. Hover over bars on the chart to see additional detail. Use the toggle at the bottom to switch between table and chart views.
