Shipment aging report
Use the Shipment Aging report to identify open shipments that have not reached delivered status. The report tracks all undelivered shipments from the time of booking. Shipments open for more than a month are grouped together.
Analysis of Shipment Aging report
1. Navigate to Reports > Shipment Aging on the Carriyo Dashboard. By default, the page shows forward shipments grouped by carrier. Use the shipment type and Group By dropdowns to change the type and grouping. Toggle between table and chart views using the switch below the chart.
2. Hover over a bar to see the percentage and count for that age group.
3. The chart shows the percentage of undelivered shipments by age. Click any bar to open the Shipments listing page filtered to those shipments.
4. Use filters to narrow results to specific scenarios. Chart legends also act as filters but cannot be cleared with the reset option.
