Customer notification report

Use the Customer Notification report to analyze the notifications Carriyo sends to customers by email and SMS. The report tracks every notification sent, including its channel, delivery status, and the shipment event that triggered it.

Analysis of customer notification report

1. Navigate to Reports > Customer Notification on the Carriyo Dashboard. By default, the page shows both forward and reverse shipments over the last 30 days. Use filters to narrow results to specific scenarios.

2. Select or deselect legends to filter the chart data. Hover over the bar chart or donut chart to see additional detail. Click the Download Report icon in the top-right corner to save the report as a CSV file.

3. Click a shipment row to open its Shipment Detail page. The status column shows the delivery status of each notification.

4. The History tab on the Shipment Detail page records all notifications sent for shipment events.
