Use the Failed Delivery report to review delivery attempts that didn't complete, customer not available, address issues, refused delivery, so you can identify causes and take action.
Analysis of Failed Delivery report
- Dashboard path: Reports > Failed Delivery.
- Step 1: Navigate to the report.
- Step 2: Use the time period filter to set the date window.
- Step 3: Review the failure reasons breakdown.
- Step 4: Click a segment to drill into the affected shipments.
- Step 5: Export to CSV for further analysis or escalation.
Common failure reasons
- Customer not available.
- Address issue (incomplete, incorrect, unreachable).
- Refused delivery.
- Failed contact attempts.
