Shipment error report

Use the Shipment Error report to review all shipment errors, both current and resolved. The report helps you identify the most common errors and pinpoint errors that share a common source.

Analysis of shipment error report

1. Navigate to Reports > Shipment Error on the Carriyo Dashboard. By default, the page shows all shipments that encountered an error in the last 30 days, grouped by carrier. Use the Time period and Group By dropdowns to change the date range and grouping. Select custom time period to enter manual dates. Toggle between table and chart views using the switch below the chart.

2. The top-right corner contains these options in order: refresh page, reset all filters, filters, columns (for the table), and export. Chart legends act as filters but cannot be cleared with the reset option. Hover over bars on the chart to see additional detail.

3. Click a Shipment ID to open the corresponding Shipment Detail page. Hover over an error entry to review the error details.
