Customer feedback report

Use the Customer Feedback report to review post-delivery feedback collected through the Feedback loop. The report tracks every feedback submission and shows the average response rate, average rating, rating breakdown by carrier and country, and detailed customer reviews.

Analysis of customer feedback report

1. Navigate to Reports > Customer Feedback on the Carriyo Dashboard.

By default, data is grouped by carrier over the last 30 days. Use the Time period and Group By dropdowns to change the date range and grouping. Select custom time period to enter manual dates. Use the filter and column options to narrow results and show additional data in the table.

2. The Rating Breakdown shows ratings received for each group defined by the Group By filter. Select or deselect legends to filter the chart data.

3. The third row shows the top five compliments and issues as percentages. These values come from your Feedback loop configuration.

4. Click the export icon in the top-right corner to download the report as a CSV file.

The Customer Feedback Records section lists the shipments for which feedback was received. Click a shipment record to open its Shipment Detail page.

5. Feedback details are recorded on the History tab of the Shipment Detail page.
