Product performance report

Use the Product Performance report to analyze shipment, order, and return data at the product level. The report shows quantities shipped, delivered, requested for return, and completed returns, so you can identify demand patterns and optimize your catalog.

Analysis of Product Performance report

1. Navigate to Reports > Product Performance on the Carriyo Dashboard. Click the star icon to favorite the report, starred reports appear first in the grid.

The Ordered tile covers items linked to orders. The return request tile is specific to Returns. The remaining tiles cover shipment data. The Returned tile includes reverse shipments and reverse shipments that are part of a return request.

Use the time period filter to select the data window you need.

Click the filter/column icon to narrow results, for example, by origin country, pickup location, or destination. You can export the report as a CSV file. The export downloads only the data currently visible. If filters are applied, only the filtered data is exported.

Use the Sort By option to sort the table in ascending or descending order by any available attribute. Click the same attribute again to reverse the sort direction.
