Set up SSO
Configure Single Sign-on (SSO) for your Dashboard users in two steps. This feature is available for Enterprise accounts.
Setting up
1. Navigate to Settings > Account in the Carriyo Dashboard. In the System tab, under the Single Sign-On section, configure the metadata to enable SSO:
Enable the Enable Single Sign-On toggle. Then download the Carriyo SSO metadata by clicking the link provided.
Next, upload your Identity Provider metadata XML file using the Upload Metadata button. If the file changes later, use Re-Upload Metadata to update it.
2. Once SSO is configured, Create an SSO user if one does not yet exist, or go to the login page and sign in using SSO.
When creating an SSO user, select the SSO option from the dropdown:
Users can then sign in using the Sign in with Single Sign-on (SSO) link on the login page.
