Manage connectors

Use Connectors to pull shipment records automatically from your e-commerce store or warehouse management system into Carriyo. Once connected, Carriyo tracks orders from processing through to delivery and assigns them to carriers using shipping rules.
Carriyo currently supports connectors for:
- Shopify
- Magento
- WooCommerce
- Klaviyo
- Descartes Peoplevox
Managing connectors
1. Navigate to Integrations > Connectors on the Carriyo Dashboard. The page lists all existing connectors. To create a new connector, click the relevant app icon.
2. Each connector supports edit, duplicate, and delete actions. You can also click the connector name to edit it directly.
3. You can deactivate and reactivate connectors you use only periodically. Deactivating is preferable to deleting for connectors you may need again.
