Use Order Management settings to control how Carriyo handles orders at the tenant level: allocation defaults, validation rules, and lifecycle behaviour that applies across all merchants.

Configuring order management settings

• Dashboard path: Settings > Account > Order Management (/settings/order).
• Allocation defaults: fallback strategy when no order allocation rule matches.
• Validation toggles: what's required at order creation (phone, email, address completeness).
• Lifecycle behaviour: auto-confirm rules, auto-cancel timeouts, status reason codes.
• Cancellation reasons: the set of reasons available when cancelling an order.
