Download reference files
The Downloads section under Settings > Administration in the Carriyo Dashboard lets you export three reference files that support integration projects and operational tasks.
You can download each file as Excel or CSV.
Carrier status mappings
When a carrier is set up in Carriyo, the carrier's own status codes are mapped to Carriyo's standard statuses. This download exports the full Carriyo-to-carrier status mapping for any carrier you have configured. The dropdown lists every carrier in use on your account.
Carrier city and area mappings
This download exports the city and area names that a specific carrier manages. When a shipment is assigned to that carrier, its city and area names are cross-checked against this list.
Carriyo city list
The Carriyo city list is the master list of states, cities, and areas used consistently across Carriyo. It powers address mapping for carriers that use their own city lists. It also underpins shipping rules, capacity and network rules, and reporting by geography.
Two toggles are available when downloading:
- Format for upload in Shipping rules or Carrier Networks, generates the list in the format expected by shipping rule and carrier network uploads, so you can re-import it without reshaping.
- Include city areas, adds a separate row for each area within a city. The default list contains only states and cities.
