Set up print services

Use Print Services to connect a remote printing provider so Carriyo can send labels and documents directly to your warehouse printers without manual download-and-print. The current supported provider is PrintNode; the page is built generically so additional providers can be added.
Setting up a print service
- Dashboard path: Settings > Integration > Print Services (
/settings/print-services). - Step 1: Sign up with a print service provider (currently PrintNode) and obtain your provider API credentials.
- Step 2: Click + add service in the Print Services page.
- Step 3: Select the provider and enter credentials.
- Step 4: Discover and register your printers.
- Step 5: Save.
Auto-printing
- Configure which event triggers automatic printing (shipment booked, label generated, manifest closed).
- Map each shipment scope (merchant, location, document type) to a printer.
Managing printers
- Pause or resume a printer.
- Update credentials when they rotate.
- Test print to verify the connection.
