You can start using Carriyo with advanced features absolutely free for 15 days. When you subscribe to any of our plans you get a 15-day free trial. You can cancel your subscription or change your plan at any time once you get familiar with the platform and identify the features you need.

How can I add more user seats to my plan?

Once you choose a plan you can add user seats as an add-on. You can also add more carrier account slots and add other add-ons.

Which delivery services do you offer on each plan?

Accepted Answer

We offer any delivery services provided by the delivery partners we are integrated with. If you are on a Free plan you can ship with FedEx and Aramex. If you are on a Starter plan you can ship with FedEx, Aramex, Quiqup, DHL, UPS and Emirates Post. If you are on a Pro plan you can access all of our carrier connectors. Take a look at our carrier list in Resources to check which ones are available.

Do you offer negotiated shipping rates?

Although we might be able to provide you with special rates with some of the delivery partners you still need to negotiate and enter a contract with your chosen shipping partners.

How much does Carriyo cost? Is there a cost per shipment?

Accepted Answer

When setting up an account you will choose a plan and a shipping volume. Your choice will determine how much you pay per month or per year. All plans include 100 shipments per month. The total cost is dependent on the number of shipments that you would like to process per month. Visit our pricing page to simulate the amount you'll pay.

I don't have a delivery partner. What should I do?

You can contact us to introduce you to delivery partners who can help you start shipping right away.

Question 7

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No, we don't. We already offer a free trial to all our customers. If you decide cancel your subscription before your renewal date you won't get your money back but your subscription will continue active until the next renewal date.
