Set up custom domains
Use custom domains to serve your CX Apps under your own brand domain. This covers the Tracking Page, Returns Portal, Feedback loop page, and Pinpoint Location page.
Once added and verified, each custom domain is available in the custom domain dropdown inside CX Apps settings. Custom domains are managed at the account level.
Setting up a custom domain
1. Navigate to Settings > Customer Experience > Domains on the Carriyo Dashboard.
2. Click the add icon in the top-right corner to add a new custom domain.
3. Enter a domain name, select the merchant, and click Next.
Note: Before adding a domain, confirm you own it and can add DNS entries. Do not use a domain from another Carriyo account. A domain used in a staging or demo environment cannot be reused in production.
4. To verify the domain, add the CNAME record shown in the table to your DNS settings, then click Verify Domain. You can also complete verification later from the menu.
Note: If an existing CNAME record in your DNS points to a different value, add a subdomain in Carriyo and verify the subdomain instead. Use subdomains when the primary domain is already in heavy use.
5. The Status column shows the verification status of each domain. Delete records that are no longer needed.
6. Once verified, select the domain from the dropdown in the CX Apps settings. The new URL appears in the preview screen.
