Set up a custom CX theme

Use the CX Theme to define shared branding for your Tracking Pages, Customer Feedback Forms, and Returns Portal. Set colors, fonts, logos, and support contacts in one place. Each app can inherit these settings or override them individually.

Configuring the elements

Navigate to CX Apps > CX Theme on the Dashboard.

You can configure the following elements:

  • Colors
  • Text
  • Buttons
  • Images and Logo
  • Content
  • Customer support
  • Social Links

Colors

Set primary and secondary background colors:

The brand color can also be configured in this section:

Text

Define font styles, colors, and sizes for up to three font levels: Header, Primary, and Secondary.

Choose from standard fonts:

To upload your own font, click Manage Fonts:

Upload your font files (Carriyo supports otf, ttf, woff, woff2) and the CSS file that defines the font family and source:

Buttons

Customize buttons by setting the color, border color, border radius, text font, text style, and text color.

Content

Enter the brand display name. You can translate it into different languages.

Customer support

Enter the customer support email address, phone number, and WhatsApp number:

When you enable the Customer Support widget, this block appears on your tracking page:

Add links to your social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, and TikTok. Select the ones relevant to your brand.
