Configure notification settings

Configure which notification channels, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, are active for each merchant, and whether triggers and templates are shared or merchant-specific.
In staging, test mode is always on and notifications go only to whitelisted addresses and numbers. In production, you can toggle test mode on or off as needed.
Configuring the settings
Manage notification settings per merchant at Settings > Administration > Merchants on the Carriyo Dashboard.
To send notifications to a merchant's customers across all three channels, turn on the first three toggles. Enable the last toggle to use merchant-specific triggers and notification templates. When disabled, the account-level defaults apply.
