Set up live chat

Add a live-chat widget to your tracking page so customers can reach your support team directly. Carriyo supports Gorgias, Intercom, Tawk.to, Zendesk, and Freshchat.

Navigate to CX Apps > Tracking Page and scroll down to the Live Chat section.

Choose your provider from the list:

Enter the source URL from your chat software into the Source field and click Save.

Your chat widget is now active on the tracking page.

A Chat pop-up appears at the bottom of the page, letting customers communicate directly with your support team.
