Manage element translations

Some elements in the CX Apps, such as delivery types and carrier names, are not translated automatically. Configure these in the Element Translation section to provide readable translations for customers.

How to set up element translations

1. Navigate to Settings > Customer Experience > Element Translation in the Carriyo Dashboard.

2. Translations are supported for delivery types, carrier names, shipment locations, and carrier comments. Select the language and click the add icon to add a new entry.

3. In the dialog, enable the Case Sensitive Match toggle to apply the translation only when the element is an exact match. Click Confirm when done.

4. Click Save to apply all changes.

5. Each translation record supports edit and delete actions.
